Reading between the lines. Part 2.

 When there are spoken opinions, I reflect.

When I actually see someone’s written thoughts I’m often surprised.  “I thought I knew them better than that.”

Face to face communication only provides hints, glimpses of character.  

 Ask questions, interpret answers, then be sure to read their words in text messages, emails, summaries etc.

 The adjectives and adverbs reveal most.

 And what is omitted speaks volumes.
