Practise speaking very clearly. Change volume sometimes, alter the tone.
Slow down the fast pace. Speed up the slow pace if that’s you.
Monotone? Deliberately add vocal variety. It can be fun.

To have authority and credibility if your voice is light and high, use a deeper voice from time to time. Remember how you sound when you have a cold?
