Blue arouses feelings of peace and calm. This week we explore how we live with orderly, conservative and trustworthy Blue.
Use Blue:
- To induce calm and reduce stress
- When needing to be truthful or to be told the truth
- When needing to show authority – dark blue
- To lose weight … it calms the appetite
- When being conservative is a necessity.
Avoid Blue:
- When you need to be more creative
- When feeling sad or melancholic
- When you have no energy.
Positive: peaceful, calm, orderly, idealistic and authoritative
Negative: conservative, predictable and rigid.
