In the Year of the Outback I wrote an article for The Country Web (Rural Women’s Network) and entitled it Being Out and Back.  Here’s the beginning:

 Many people see boundless beauty in landscapes and the joys of nature but forget to have beauty and joy in their own life.

 It’s being ‘out’ as far as beauty and happiness are concerned.

 How do we come ‘back’?

 It’s not about money.  It’s pride.

 Every part of our environment suggests who we are and how we feel about our self.  

To come ‘back’ where we live and work must reflect our feeling of beauty.

 Use images that make us proud.
