Be a breath detective.

Breathe easy and pay attention.

Under stress, breathing patterns change. 

Listen carefully and you’ll hear the over breathing.

 Shallow breathing is an attempt to take in more oxygen. Anxiety is peaking.

 And the voice actually changes.  Listen for the change in yourself and others.

 Notice the amount of swallowing occurring too.

It’s another indicator of anxious over-breathing.
